My name is David Jackson. I have worked for 13 years in private practice as a sports and remedial therapist. I spent between 1994 – 1997 training in and teaching sports therapy at Lancaster and Morecambe College of Further Education. I am now working alongside a team of health professionals of the highest standard to ensure the best quality treatment for all our clients. As a sports therapist I also hold teaching qualifications and have taught many groups and individuals over the past 10 years.

I have undergone further training to enhance my own knowledge and qualifications every year since qualifying, and have recently finished a six module course in human biomechanics, joint assessments, and gait analysis. I hold several level 3 and level 4 qualifications in sports coaching including athletics and fitness training. I have studied in depth advanced anatomy and physiology and understand thoroughly the aspects of diagnostic, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries. I feel as an individual therapist you need other experts to help clients recover fully. I have qualified and taught in many of the massage and soft tissue manipulation techniques and during the 13 years have treated thousands of the general public with great success and have also been privileged to successfully treat several international athletes.

The majority of my clients come through recommendations from other clients who I have successfully treated. I have trained in manual and electro therapy treatments including ultrasound and hold professional football association qualifications in the management, treatment and rehabilitation of soft tissue and joint injuries.

As a sports and remedial therapist, I have researched thoroughly over many years and have studied in depth the beneficial use of essential oils.
