Returns & Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that you want to return the product please note that if 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are within the 30 days and would like to return please note that for your item to be accepted it needs to be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Should your product be returned to us due to "unable to find address" etc by the delivery service provider then any shipping costs that occur will be deductible from the total refundable amount.
Refunds (if applicable):
Your product will be inspected upon its return, we will notify you via email that we have received it, we will then advise you of acceptance or rejection of the product. If it is approved then your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you are expecting a refund, firstly check your bank account. It may take some time for the refund to be transferred, please contact your credit card company and/or your bank to check on the progress of the transaction.

Sale items (if applicable):
Any products that are sold under a promotion or a "sale" on the site if refunded will be refunded at the price of purchase and a receipt will need to be provided.
Exchanges (if applicable):
If you have received a product and it is defective or damaged, please contact us at & we'll arrange an exchange for you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You have the right to cancel or amend any order before the time of dispatch and receive a full refund. However, if you need to cancel/amend/return your order after the time of dispatch, please read below.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Albmaleaf LTD can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item & if the item being returned is lost, stolen or damaged we (Albmaleaf LTD) can not be held responsible.
